I am not really good about buying everything organic and environmental safe, but I try. I just have to say, looking at these bugs don't make it easy.
...I think I'll go back to soaking dry beans.

As far as the beans, I think I might go out and purchase a slow cooker. My last one broke 5 yrs ago, never replaced it.
EWWWW! I buy organic as often as our budget allows. Never saw anything like it in my organic beans. I never look too closely though, maybe I ate em'? I call or e-mail the company whenever I get foreign objects or bad quality. I just got a string in my Kashi and called them. They sent me coupons for 4 free boxes of Kashi cereal. Seriously, I would call the company. Especially considering the price of organic food. Returning to the store never gets you anything but a refund or a new can.
